I need to stop going to sleep at 4am.
SERIOUSLY. I look like hell and I am dependent on coffee and soda to keep me awake.
also? i need to get my chunky ass in shape. I just dont feel motivated. I've always had that moment where the bottom falls out and i just jump into a diet and exercise plan and i go with it.
But here is what sucks- the only way I EVER lose weight is by eating no carbs.
YUCK. I am not too much of a sweets person (love to bake treats but i am not really into eating them). I'd take potato rolls or biscuits any day over cookies.
I started drinking again. Usually Baileys. God I love that stuff. My favorite new shot is a slippery nipple. Half butterscotch schnapps, half baileys. ZOMG. THE BEST. But I have noticed drinking seems to irritate my skin (i have a skin disease called rosacea). Boo.
I started smoking again too. Yeah i know. I need to stop. But its so good. Magical sweet smokes. And of course when i am drinking I am smoking like crazy. Not good.
Will I do something about my vices? More than likely. Just don't know when.
