Why is family drama so exhausting?
You can try and resolve it but does it really ever go away?
I think you really can't escape and you can never really go back to being just a normal family. So what do we do? Do we pretend that those things were never said?
Should i really have to?
I will not go into specifics but if you really know me- you know what I am speaking about.

It's so exhausting because of this in-built need to constantly keep it from becoming drama, which never actually works out.
ReplyDeleteAs to pretending, you can do that all you want, but you will never shake it. It will always sit there, nagging at the back of your mind. Every time you go to call or write someone, part of you will want nothing to do with it. Eventually, if unchecked, it becomes so strong you just start excising people from your life, rather than deal with them.
